Quantum Information Science and Engineering High-School level Summer School
Once you apply, you will receive an email from us. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder. If it's not there either, contact us at the email address below.
This summer school is hosted by the Virginia Tech Center for Quantum Information Science and Engineering in collaboration with the Department of Energy’s Co-design Center for Quantum Advantage (C2QA). Students will explore the basic principles that underlie quantum technologies and gain an appreciation for what novel capabilities are unlocked by quantum mechanics. You do not need familiarity with quantum mechanics, linear algebra, or programming to participate. The only prerequisite is arithmetic and basic algebra, e.g., (-2+6x)=-2(1-3x).
